Christmas Brunch - Here's a couple of ideas

On the What's for Dinner Board a recipe called Christmas Morning Rolls (click here) was posted by Joansey. I have not tried these, but they sure sound good, & I plan on trying them soon.
Also, I've always been meaning to try a baked french toast dish. I don't have a recipe, but I have seen many recipes for this posted on this site. If you do a search you will get a lot of recipes & can choose a flavored one that appeals to you. I have also been to brunches where breakfast casseroles have been served - being made with eggs, sausage or bacon & other ingredients. They have always been very good. Again, I have never made one because I cook for 1 or 2 people & have not found a recipe for that small of amount, but you could do a search here & find a lot of recipes. Muffins or cinnamon rolls would also be good. There are oodles of muffin recipes posted on this site.
Sorry I don't have any specific recipes for you, but I hope these ideas help.
