Ciao Denise, che cos'e` fatto?

Misc.

I was happy to see your little post re: mushrooms. I'm 99% sure that it's
Portobello (beautiful port), but it's silly to dwell on it. I see incorrect
restaurant names and misspelled produce constantly, so it's no surprise to me
that there are several spellings being used out there. A restaurant in my town
just opened called Piccolo Roma ... WRONG!! The adjective agrees with the noun
in gender and quantity always. (I know you know that) LOL
I just cooked up a whole batch in my non-stick frying pan w/a squirt of Pam
cooking spray. They let out so much water that I don't need to add anything to
them and they have practically no calories. How've you been? Are you parents
still visiting with you? I've been pretty busy on this end, had a bad scare
with my poor, sweet mom a few days ago. She and I are very close at this point
in our lives and I was very shaken up. I couldn't show it though, I had to call
an ambulance for her etc. She's OK now, but seeing her ill was traumatic for
me. Long story short, she has an inner ear imbalance which causes severe
vertigo and dizzyness and this time she went into shock. Today, I'm thanking
God that she's still with me, my sweet dear mother. I've actually been very
happy since the incident, because I'm so thankful that she's OK.
Hope that you and your family are well. Keep on enjoying those 'shrooms!
