Recipe(tried): Portobella Mushroom Cooking Tips

ooze a lot of liquid so usually I cook them for a long time to let it
evaporate. Actually, I also like it and think of it more as juice! But then I
like steak that has flown thru a grill for 2 secs.!!
By the way, my Italian grocery store also calls them portobella. Read somewhere
about where the name came from but can't remember where. I also thought they
were portabello (being a wannabe Italian speaker).
