Coconut pie.......

Misc.

I'm truly a sucker for coconut "anything" but especially Coconut Pie. The best pie I ever tasted was a little restaurant in Iowa that has since closed. In fact, even since we moved here years ago, whenever we would visit and Coconut Pie was on the menu, they would save me a piece when I walked in! Now that's small town service: the waitress knows what you want before you order! Unfortunately there's not too many places in a city this size that can say the same thing, although there's a few exceptions, thankfully. :)
