Dear Micha: Oh, what a treat. That is one of my dreams!

Misc.
To visit Tuscany some day. They say it is extremely expensive but that it is once in a lifetime experience. I even have a tourist guide already prepared for my visit. (Lonely Planet-Tuscany-Includes Tuscan food & wine guide ($16.99))It is quite expensive but gives you 335 pages of useful information. I guess I will go, but right now I am working on a project that will increase the value of several of my properties & I am sure that Tuscany is not a place to visit alone!!!! Therefore, it will have to wait.

Oh my, dear friend, just be sure to take a notebook with you to copy at least some notes of your wonderful experience, food & places. We will cherish your postings in that sense!.

I am sorry about the BRIE. There is one recipe where they add seeds but they glaze it afterward to keep the seeds in place. Look carefully at them & you will get an idea how to improvise your recipe. You are an experienced cook dear Micha (Go for it).

Ah, I am so happy for you!
