Dearest Ginita: Those photos are gorgeous! Costa Rica

Misc.
still looks much like Puerto Rico or any other of the Caribbean Islands. The pool looks so inviting! It used to be similar in the Hilton Hotel here in Ponce, but now they had adopted an architectural style reminiscent of Greece or Rome (not too much to my taste because it does not protect guests too much from the sun).

The pottery is lovely & the dancers too. But you noticed precisely what I enjoyed too from that beautiful country & it is the hospitality & friendly manner of its people. Did you tour the Capital City? It looks like a copy of Old San Juan or Old Havana. All those cities were created by Spanish architects or his disciples & they have great elegance & charm.

Have a wonderful Sunday in your pool. I am having a few days of uninterrupted health & it has given me hope that perhaps this thing will finally dissapear. Thanks for your good wishes & prayers.

Give a big hug to dearest Gina & tell her that I am looking forward to her visit.

Con mucho cari o,

Gladys/PR
