I certainly hope that now you are in the road to a swift & great recovery. My prayers are with you!

Dearest Betsy: thanks for such a wonderful & valuable article. I have read it & it will certainly help me with the natural problems of health & age, including my high blood pressure since I was 28 years old (Next week I will be 60). The recipes in the Article & the Menus are such a valuable information that I copied everything to prepare a special record for my continued attention. I had been a vegetarian for several times in my life & I can assure you that this helped me greatly for whatever was bothering me at the time. Again, thanks for your information.

Best regards & hugs for both & my prayers continue to be with our dearest Micha.
