The link you gave puts it in a nutshell, but the last line says 2 grams of fat per serving and the books I have by him say 3 grams of fat per serving with no added fat. They give a list of what added fats masquerade as on labels, which is very helpful. I am slowing incorporating more and more of his guidelines and am enjoying trying out new recipes. DH was VERY happy with the corn pancakes last night, tho he had his with bottle bbq sauce!-Micha
