I was so sorry to hear of your additional difficulties but am glad that you are doing well now. I remember that it is all pretty overwhelming after procedures when you are not feeling terribly strong to be faced with a new diet, perhaps a new life style, etc. But I am here to tell you that "It does get better". The Ornish diet is a tough one (especially for one that loves to cook and enjoys eating) but you are worth it. Just do the best you can. I will be thinking of you and you can be sure that you have a large "cheerleading squad" here at TKL.
