Gina...more black bean questions

Misc.
Hi Gina!

Sorry to keep bothering you with questions about your black bean recipe.

Is there something special about the "Goya" brand of black beans? When I tried making the Nelson's black beans I couldn't find the Goya brand, so I just bought some plain dried black beans from the bulk food department. Is there a difference?

In response to your question about Cubans in Canada... I'm sure there are many Cuban people living here. The city I live in is only a small city of about 84,000 people, so there are not many here; however, Canada is a very large country and there are many cities a lot bigger than this one where there tend to be more varieties of ethnic peoples and cultures (and foods). The nearest large city to mine is Vancouver, so when I am next there I will definitely look up where to find the "Goya" brand since you so highly recommend it!!

Thanks again, Gina!
