that I abbreviated in my recipes.Well yes I do on Tbls.& tsp. etc..Some of the recipes dont have an"author"or these are such old cookbooks that there is a page missing here & there & doesnt show who compiled it.Is that what you mean?Whenever there is this info I post it with the recipe.Sorry I cant be more help.Yes, even with the torn,rumpled,stained pages there is a wealth of information in these books & I feel very fortunate to have them!Your friend,Mickey
