Mixed Noodles
1 (8oz.) package fine noodles
5 Tbl. sweet butter
1/4 c. light cream
1/4 c. grated swiss cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 c. uncooked fine noodles
Cook the 8 oz. pzckage of noodles in boiling salted water according to package directions. Drain but do not rinse. Place in a warm serving dish and add 2 Tbl. of the butter, the light cream, grated cheese, and seasonings. Keep in a warm oven. Fry the remaining uncooked noodles in 3 Tbl. butter until lightly browned. Toss with hot cooked noodles and serve immediately.
