if it wasn't so cold in Sarasota right now, I would make it with the Croque Monsieur this evening. I grow the mint in a pot on the lanai. Tonight I may have to move it indoors, along with all the other pots, as it is supposed to get near freezing. That is why I guess I will opt for a hot potato soup. Your menu sounds wonderful, as usual. I love brie, and flan is my husband's favorite dessert!
