Dearest Gladys,

At the last minute I changed my mind and made your Pinon recipe that you had posted before here. I believe the message was for Amy and you had posted 3 different recipes using fried plantains.

After reading your description of the dish, I decided to make it because I knew you were a great cook and the recipe had to be that good! My goodness, I give it a thumbs up, thank you so much for sharing that recipe!

My DH loved it! And, it was a lot of fun to make!
