Help for too-hot salsa

Misc.
April, Maybe someone else will know what to add to too-hot salsa to take the bite off a bit, but what we do around here is just serve some sour cream alongside the salsa. We have a variety of opinions in our house as to how hot salsa should be, but we can all enjoy it together when the more timid souls cool the heat with the sour cream. I would imagine you could substitute plain yogurt, if you like. I've also heard that sugar helps to cool the heat, so maybe serve the salsa with a juice drink.
