Help!!! Mango Overload!!

Hi everyone!

Its been a bumper year for mangos so needless to say, the in-laws have sent bags of them to me. Does anyone have any recipes for things i could make with them? I've tried mango salsa, frozen mango slices (delish -- eat them frozen, they have a wonderful sherbert like consistancy) but have never really cooked with them. Any ideas that y'all can share with me would be appreciated!
