How do I preserve Chilli Sauce?

Misc.
I make a chilli sauce at home with red chilli peppers (hot), fresh tomatoes, water, garlic and a little bit of honey. I blend all ingredients, then simmer in a pan for a while. Can I preserve this recipe by boiling in a canning jar/bottle ?
