Janet, just a couple of questions

Misc.

Dear Janet;
Again you've done an outstanding job. Two or three questions, when you list the nutritional analysis are the grams and milligrams the amount for the whole dish or for one serving? The spray parkay product, can that be used in recipes like say a half a cup or whatever?, For the angel food cake can I use the powdered egg whites?, don't know what I would do with all those yolks.
Hope I don't sound totally dumb, I really am a pretty good cook, just not familiar with some of these products and have never paid particular attention to nutritional analysis.
Thank you again for all your time and trouble and I truly hope I can help you some time.
