Re: Low-Fat, Low-Cholesterol, Low-Sodium Recipes - Continued

Misc.

Janet- Please allow me to add my thanks along with Elly for all the work you've done on these healthy recipes! My hubby had a heart attack almost seven years ago so we have been low-fat, low-cholesterol and semi-low-sodium (2400-3000 mg a day) for a while now. Recently his condition deteriorated and he developed severe congestive heart failure. His doctor wants his sodium intake decreased to less than 2000 mg. a day. It is really hard-almost a full time job just menu planning and looking for recipes that taste good enough to eat. So when someone like you, Janet, goes to all the work for a couple of strangers it really does mean a great deal. Deb
