Misc.

Deb,

Thank you so much for expressing your appreciation - you and Elly make this such a pleasure. A word of thanks and encouragement still goes a long way in this world, doesn't it?

I'm so sorry to hear of your husband's condition - I'll keep both of you in my prayers as, I'm sure, will all others who see your message. Why don't you give me an idea of what meals and types of foods you're looking for as respects his decreased sodium intake, and let me post some recipes specifically for you - I would be happy to do that. I can appreciate that it would in fact be a full-time job planning meals with such a restrictive condition - before I started looking through my cookbooks for Elly I had no idea how much sodium is in everything we eat.

Speaking of Elly, I posted a few more dessert recipes for her tonight that you might want to take a look at for yourself.

Please do let me know what I can look up for you, Deb -

Janet
