Recipe(tried): low fat desserts

Grape Nut Pudding

1 large (3 Cup) Vanilla pudding mix,
3 cups skim milk, mix pudding as usual,
1 cup fatfree coolwhip, 1/2 cup grape nut cereal.

After preparing the pudding, add coolwhip, fold in. Then add the grape nuts.
Preferable if left for several hours or overnight. Has a really good taste.
I am not sure about the sodium though, you would have to check the pkgs.

Strawberry yogurt pie

2 8 oz non fat strawberry yogurts, 1/2 cup crushed strawberries,
1 small tub of fat free coolwhip (thawed)
and a graham cracker crust.

Combine the fruit & yogurt in a bowl,fold in coolwhip, blend well and turn into graham cracker crust. Freeze for at least four hours before serving.

I have made this using blueberries and raspberries. Which ever fruit you use, you use the same type yogurt. I found that I actually had enough filling to make 2 pies. (kept one frozen for another day.
