Japanese Shaved Ice with Azuki Beans

Misc.

Hello Cathy,
Thanks for the recipe! I am heading to the Japanese store tomorrow to pick up some things and have added the items from your recipe to my grocery list. It sounds great. I am anxious to try it for mom. Her latest thing has been apricot mochi (we call her our mochi-making-mama). Have you ever heard of it? You make in the oven versus a mochi machine. It is great. Do you by chance have any additional recipes that you have posted, and I have not been able to find?
Thank you so much,
Carol
