I have a recipe for a Japanese shaved ice dessert called "uji-kintoki", which contains sweetened azuki beans that I'll be happy to post for you. However, if you're dead set on a Korean or Filipino dessert, I can't help you there.

Also, please tell us where you live so that we can suggest some sources for those sweet beans you're looking for.
