Welcome to TKL... Judging from your name, I believe you are a Japanese (American)... ^_^ I have met Cathy, who is also a Japanese American here on TKL and she has posted many excellent Japanese recipes... Do you also have a good recipe to share with us? I would really like to see what else is there... My parents and grandparents were all Japanese educated so I do know a bit of traditional Japanese cooking. However, since My Japanese is really bad, I found it's rather difficult for me to understand most of the readings in the books (and words on the packages of Japanese products)... Dah! I am also collecting Japanese cookbooks now (but in English... ha ha!) Anyway, just to say hi and hope to hear from you often now...
