Kathy, glad you finally got your PX's more

Misc.

I have been reading the other posts about paper eating dogs and getting a good laugh. Some of the others said they usually grow out of it. WRONG! My dog is over 14 and getting worse. She will not touch a piece of paper lying on the floor but loves waste baskets. (I think she found some food in one once) We either have to put all the baskets out of reach (luckely she's not to big) or empty them right away. She seems to have a penchant for envelopes. When she was young I noticed her one evening kind of doubling over in pain so I guessed she had eaten something she shouldn't. The next day I checked her stool and found a threaded needle that had passed right thru her. She was lucky it didn't get stuck inside her somewhere.

We had a wire haired dashound years ago that ate crayons and barbie doll heads. Drove my daugher bananas. Very colorful stools she had. The dog not the daughter.

I still have teeth marks on chair rungs from beloved dogs long gone. Tears come to my eyes when I see them now.
