Kim I posted this on the tried and true board, have not checked to see itf there is an ans. there. If that is all there is to it wha no expiriment? I'd take buger and mix with a liile lipton onin soup mix the useing stiff mashed potatoes, wrap some around the beef, then roll in egg/water and bread crumbs and fry till meat is done? Heck sounds good enough I may try!
