Sorry it took so long to get back to you.
We made several versions of creme brulee.
I did the Chocolate-Brownie creme brulee.
We also made Pots de Creme and souffle's.
It was a great class.
The chef-instructor told us at the end of the class that ALL of the recipes were
from Bon Appetit magazine.
