Of the 40 to 50 people who will be there, only about 3 of us will even try it. I like to make different things to try, but most of the family is not that adventerous, the red pepper spread sounds good, but I probably would not make it, if it were time consuming. I will let you know how the garlic experiment came out. I have, however, gotten most of them eating pickled green beans. Thank you
