Here everyone loves to eat this pickled garlic! So, if people like garlic, they should enjoy it.
Also,pickled aspargus, marinated mushrooms are also very popular. I have recipes if you would like them. I just made some roasted red pepper spread, too, and my husband really likes it on toasted French bread. It is a canning recipe,too. It is time consuming, but is very good.
