Pickled Garlic Tried

Misc.
For anyone who is skeptical of pickled garlic, it is quite good. I tried it out at 2 family gatherings this weekend and to everyones surprise who tasted it, they liked it. I can see a lot of possibilities for its uses, especially in salads.
