Lutefisk, UFFDA!

Misc.

Oh Judy, your family sounds just like mine. My father was the lutefisk lover, and his sister and parents. My mother used to make blood sausage for my dad, she wouldn't touch it tho. (Now ther's true love!) The rest of us always had swedish meatballs. Did your family make lefse too. I remember my sister and I going to Grandma Mattison's when I was 11 or 12 (Meri would have been 13 or 14) to learn how to make it. I'm so glad I did, my kids love it.

Mom would frost and decorate her Julekake too, but I never do. Now that I have the christmas tree up I can get my other loaf out of the freezer!!!

Merry Christmas, God Jule
