This cookbook is a Mennonite/Brethren standard, and I believe a sequal has been published also. It has from scratch sauce recipes, creamed soup recipes, ideas that you might be able to use. I'll have to dig out my copy and post some recipes. I'm in the process of packing up my cookbooks to put them elsewhere in the house. I'll give Betsy my email address if you want more information.
