Recipe(tried): Too late, but for next time....

Southwestern Chicken and Pasta:

2 chicken breasts, cut in strips
1/2 pound of pasta (cooked al dente)
2 TB butter
4 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup chicken broth
1 tsp each of ground spices: paprika, garlic, onion, thyme, red pepper
1 TB dried oregano flakes
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Melt butter in large skillet (I use a wok style skillet) and saute garlic lightly. Add chicken breast strips. Chicken is done when you can easily cut thru strip with wooden spoon. Add chicken broth and let heat. Add cooked pasta to skillet and toss and coat with broth. Combine ground spices and oregano in small bowl or measuring cup. Sprinkle over chicken and pasta, tossing constantly to make sure it thoroughly coats. Remove from heat, place in pasta bowl. Toss with fresh cilantro and serve.
