It's funny about human nature, isn't it! If you like gingersnap cookies, I have a very special recipe for Robert E. Lee Gingersnaps that we love. They are a soft, chewy cookie, heavy with the ginger, and wonderful with a "cuppa" coffee or tea.

I can't make them very often, or I'd eat them all!

Let me know if you'd like to have the recipe. It's not exactly a Christmas cookie - it's just a great anytime cookie. Anything spicy with lots of ginger appeals to me.

Tomorrow, I'm doing another batch of pumpkin bread and an orange/date bread, since we've already gone thru the ones in the freezer I had thought we'd save for the Holidays. Oh, well --
