Recipe: Hot Mocha Coffee (Cremora recipe)

HOT MOCHA COFFEE

3/4 cup Cremora Non-Dairy Creamer*
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
4 cups hot coffee
1/4 cup Kahlua coffee-flavored liqueur (optional)
OPTIONAL, FOR SERVING:
Whipped cream (for garnish)
Ground cinnamon (for garnish)

In medium saucepan, combine Cremora, cocoa powder, sugar and cinnamon; mix well. Gradually add hot coffee; heat through, stirring occasionally. Stir in liqueur if desired.

Serve hot with whipped cream and cinnamon

*Try Cremora Royale for a richer flavor.

Makes about 1 quart
