Not as good as I would like to be, dear Karen. I love my crockpot.

Misc.
I use a 7 quart Oval slow cooker and with it I can produce the best roasted meat (with less than 1/4 cup liquid and over a base of sliced onion) and yesterday I cooked a wonderful Caldo Gallego (Galician stew)that is one of the bests I have ever had. Today I cooked a pork shoulder using my crockpot and it was juicy, so soft & delicious. My niece & family were delighted!
