Thank You: Galician Stew sounds wonderful!

Hi Gladys - may I ask why you have ordered a second slow-cooker?  Did your first one wear out, or do you just need another one with all your entertaining.  I guess what I'm asking is, was there something about this one you preferred over your other one.

That stew recipe sounds so wonderful - all those flavors combining, the smell must be wonderful as it's cooking.

Now, I'm pretty sure I will give myself one for Christmas, just have to decide which one, if you can give me some more information about your preference.

Thanks for the recipes and methods of cooking.  I've always used Gina's recipe for the eye of round done with the garlic in the slits and slow-cooked in the oven, but this sounds equally good.
