Pork Short Ribs question -

Gladys - I'm not sure I've seen pork short ribs here in this part of the country -

Are you referring to what we call "country style spareribs" or perhaps "baby back ribs"? (two different cuts) If anyone can help out here, it would be appreciated.

I see beef short ribs, but don't recognize pork short ribs as something familiar.
