Question about two story house ?

Misc.

We may be in a position to be able to buy a two story house, but since we're both over 50 I'm not so sure this is a good idea ( knees are a little bothersome ). I think of all the people who have lived in the same house for years and years and they seem to make out OK, but maybe if they could change things they would? I would love to hear everyones opinion. Thanks.
