r: Italian Bread with Sesame Seeds (Scali)

I tried this recipe yesterday and used the 2 tablespoons of Kosher salt. This is waaay too much salt. All I can taste is salt (and I already have high blood pressure). I think I will cut the salt to 1 tablespoon next time and maybe even less than that. I don't like to actually taste salt in my bread.
