Re: Aprons

I remember my Grandma in her apron standing in front of a het vent with her apron over her arms, just like you say. My Mom also wore an apron most of the time. I have a couple of the bibbed ones but rarely wear them.
I am 60 years old and after Mom died in Oct '03, I found the the most wonderful thing in her Cedar Chest. It was the Apron that my grandma had made for me when I was about 6. It has my name embroidered on the bib of it!
