Yes, I remember aprons, too!

Misc.
Recently, my son announced he needed an apron for home ec. There ensued quite a merry chase around the neighbourhood in an effort to locate one. Finally, I ended up at my neighbour's across the way, she is eighty years young, and had a lovely embroidered one for my Dave.

Later, I found a cute one with a mango on it at a garage sale for a buck. He didn't want to part with the embroidered one, but we needed to return it.

This is such a fun thread, Sally. I remember my mum in an apron making Sunday dinner. Can't really recall her wearing one during the week,...or is just my faulty memory playing up?

hugs,

Carolyn!
