I used to work at Bob Evans and it came shipped from a another company, it wasn't made fresh in the restaurant.
I know that the IGA store, that used to be here, sold it.
It had pimentos in it that gave it the flavor. You could probably contact the local Bob Evans and ask a cook to read the ingredients off the container that it comes in. Hope this helps you. I know it tastes so wonderful.
