This is a great salad. You can start by buying the Wildfire Sauce at your local Bob Evans Restaurant. I think it goes for around 2-3 dollars.

the ingredients are as follows

lettuce base(iceberg,carrots,red cabbage)
thawed frozen corn (1/4 cup per person)
diced tomatoes(1/4 cup per person)
diced red onion(1/4 cup perperson)
cheddar jack cheese
dressing:mix 1/2 bbq sauce with 1/2 marzetti's ranch dressing
fried chicken strips(toss with bbq sauce til coated)
fried corn tortillas cut into strips
(cut fresh corn tortillas into strips and fry them in vegetable oil til crisp, drain then cool)
Assemble you salad as follows:
lettuce,corn,tomatoes, onions,cheese,chicken,tortillas, then dressing.I hope I didn't leave anything out.
Enjoy
