I haven't tried the Cherry-Berry Bread recipe but it should work well using an 8 or 9-inch bread pan. Fill the pan(s) 2/3 with batter (you can bake extra batter in muffin cups or custard cups). Bake an 8 or 9-inch loaf about 50-60 minutes (maybe longer) at 350 degrees F - until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean (bake muffins at 350 about 30 minutes or 375 about 20 minutes).
