re: Cherry Bars using cake mix

I made the Cherry Bars (ISO: Cherry Bars using cake mix) and found the crust was too hard. It called for a box of cake mix and a stick of butter, baked for 10 minutes and then add the rest of the ingredients, returning to the oven to finish baking.
