re: Creme Brulee Tart

Souzana, after posting my last response I found a recipe for Pumpkin Creme
Brulee Tart in Pecan Crust from Bon Appetit, January 1993 issue, page 60.

If you are interested in this recipe, let me know and I'll post it. It does
not seem as involved as the recipe in "Book Of Tarts," and this recipe calls for baking the tart in a 9-inch diameter tart pan with removeable bottom. This recipe calls for using your broiler to heat the brown sugar. It is a lengthy
recipe and since it is for Pumpkin Creme Brulee don't want to post it unless you
really want it.
