Misc.Dough conditioner is just an additive that is made from
whey (the liquid that is left after making cheese). You
can probably get it at a speciality store but you can do
without it. A good substitute is to save the water you
cook potatoes in. Use potato water in place of the water
that your recipe requires. It makes the rolls lighter!
