Hi Nan,

Congratulations on your garden success! I haven't tried this recipe but I'm fairly certain it will freeze well. I would add the final 3 cups broth and milk after thawing. You might want to experiment with freezing one batch first just to be sure you like the taste and consistency after thawing.
