Misc.I can tell you the coating is Panco crumbs which are Japanese bread crumbs. I found them at Publix - in the Asian food section. The other thing is to use Penne pasta - not elbow macaroni. Other than that I don't have the whole recipe. But if you use a macaroni and cheese recipe with white cheeses you probably can figure the rest out - trial and error! That's what I'm about to do!
